Barack Obama in Pittsburgh
As election day nears (November 4th for those of you who don’t know), Senators John McCain and Barack Obama are making their last speeches in the battleground states. Tomorrow, Monday, October 27th, Democratic nominee Barack Obama will be holding a “Change We Need” rally in Pittsburgh at Mellon Arena. The doors will open at 3PM. Attendees are warned that limited parking is available. Many of the Port Authority buses run near the Mellon Arena, making access easy for those who do not drive.
While RSVPing for the event is encouraged, it is not necessary. Unlike some previous rallies, no tickets are required and admission is free. Attendees are asked to limit the personal items they bring. Do not bring umbrellas, large bags, signs, or banners.
Lines will probably start forming early, so I recommend getting to Mellon Arena before the doors are scheduled to open.
